1. All rights reserved to the artist. Please do not claim the commissioned artwork as your own. 

2. I can use the commissioned artwork for future posts/portfolio purposes.

3. The commissioned artwork is strictly for personal purposes, which means selling and gaining profit from my art is prohibited. For commercial use, please DM (IG: @aebidraw) / E-mail (cynthiatjhin03@gmail.com) for more info.

PAYMENT METHOD

1. 50% upfront payment is required before the sketching process. 

2. International payments are made through Paypal (USD), bank transfer method is accepted for locals (Indonesia / Brunei).

3. No refund will be given once the sketching process has started.

PROCESS

1. The communication process can be carried out through E-mail (cynthiatjhin03@gmail.com) or Instagram DM.

2. Please provide reference pictures (rough sketches helps too!) or detailed description for a better understanding of what you have in mind. 

3. A maximum of 3 free revisions are accepted in the sketching process, one minor revision will be accepted after the final work is completed. Additional revisions are charged depending on the details required. 

4. 1-2 weeks is needed to complete the artwork (can be longer depending on the required details). 

5. The final product will be sent through E-mail in 1080px x 1080px, 300 DPI. Please inform me beforehand if you would prefer a custom size and quality.
